What really defines a NEET?

Am I a NEET? I think I'm more... Retired from the get go? Being schizoaffective is hard. Medicine adjustments can be difficult for doctors to work with. Everyone is different. I always have to be careful and take my medicine right. Though sometimes the body gets used to a medicine and it needs a tune up. Disabled probably covers it... 

If I accidently miss a dose it can be very... weird for lack of better words.

I'm kind of a neet too due to unfortunate circumstance, I've been trying to get a job and move up in life FOREVER but something in the system stops me or i constantly loose something important

I'm not sure what having your disorder or needing medication is like though so i can't say much beyond that
