I am trapped in this stupid lease. I want out!!!!

So, my roommate's boyfriend (or ex, I don't know) was yelling at her and busted holes into her TV, shattered the glass of her curio cabinet and smashed eggs all over our kitchen floor. Time and time again she lets him in the apartment to start crap. I wouldn't be surprised if she gets lonely and lets him in again cause she's such a crappy person that nobody wants near her (including me sadly). He manipulates and uses her and that's probably the only reason he even stays around her. Rides to work, a place to get high, play video games, and someone to take out his anger on. I'm sick of caring about any of it cause she's so desperate she lets him walk all over her. Plus he was texting her that he is with another girl again. AGAIN! I felt sorry for her at first but she's doing it to herself at this point. Everyone kept warning her he was trouble.
