BPM issues.

I looked at my watch wondering why I'm still feeling weird after waking up. My smart watch told me I was AFib around 7:30 last night after taking garbage to the dumpster and back.

My heart rate has only been under 90 (87) one time the past 2.5 hours and during sleep the average was 89bpm. It's never been this high for this long.

My chest feels weird and I have a headache.
