Today was a day I slept in and my bf is out like a light from lack of good sleep.
This morning I had bad phlegm and I've been having cramps and running to the bathroom three days. I dunno if it's a virus or bacteria in my gut... I have IBS but it's not usually this bad. If it doesn't clear up I will call my gastroenterologist. Three days is usually the duration of a stomach flu from experience. I'll see how I am tomorrow.
Speaking of... I'm going to my primary care to see a nurse about my flu shot tomorrow. I usually avoid the flu getting one in October. COVID-19 on the other hand... That crap sucks. I can't take cold medicine cause of psyche med interactions. It felt awful. I remember one time I was burning up and my boyfriend was taking care of me but I don't remember much other than him worried of my temperature and him caring for me somehow. Weird.
