I found out I need to be drinking about a gallon of water a day. Not 2 gallon jugs a week. (The tap is disgusting.) So, I ordered a Brita pitcher. The only other thing I drink usually is coffee which can dehydrate worse.

 

I'm always having nurses complain that I'm dehydrated when drawing blood. Now I have a doctor telling me that the crystals forming in my kidneys that cause stones are getting worse and to drink more water.

AWFUL!! OHNO!!
I looked it up and they can go away in a few weeks, but you gotta leave the coffee alone (also maybe let yourself rest as well)
My insides have been hurting (in the kidney area) but idk if i have those or not
So ill probably take a break from my usual diet

They are still just crystals for now. But I want to prevent further issues. Plus I heard water can help with weight. Some people actually start losing weight because they fixed dehydration. Who knows. Maybe it's one of my issues.

The Brita water is so much better than just straight from the sink. Loads better. Makes me wonder what's in it before filtering it.

The pipes here are definitely old. There's not even a garbage disposal or a dish washer. Let alone a place to do laundry. Still $1090 rent. (I split it and barely survive on the rest I got.)

The whole area here is insanely expensive here. There's a lot of homeless people and full shelters here.

Anxiety 💩

It'll be okay. I'm working on my anxiety more... with the help of cognitive behavioral therapy and lorazepam on top of the buspar I've been taking. I need to relax before I pop.

My bf's grandmother didn't understand the difference between paranoia and anxiety. She's been here in the US over 20 years and is officially a citizen but still amazes me that she can't understand certain terms right.
